New York, March 15, 2017 — Today Parsec Media, the first platform to sell media on a cost per second, announced a 100% viewable and 100% human guarantee. After conducting an in-depth analysis of data gathered over the past year, Parsec was able to make adjustments to its platform to ensure clients are only paying for media that captures authentic attention.

In an industry fraught with ad fraud and viewability issues, the importance of accurate metrics and data is at an all-time high. “The Parsec team has been delivering time-based advertising solutions to a number of challenges currently facing the industry,” said Ben Bring, VP, Mobile Media Director at Ansible. “This guarantee gives us peace of mind from a partner committed to increasing transparency and value.”

Under the program, Parsec will only charge for advertising that meets the advertiser’s viewability requirements and served to audiences confirmed as human by Moat.

The analysis combed through the platform’s data to identify all non-human traffic including data centers, spiders, scraping tools and tests conducted from mobile emulators.
